Vendor levels at Fidelen

Your seller level is based on your monthly performance. Superb service, high buyer satisfaction, and on-time delivery can earn you a top-level status on Fidelen, and help you get more traffic and orders.

Level 01 (New Vendor)

Overview

This is where everything starts. When you create a profile on Fidelen, you’re automatically ranked as a New Vendor. We encourage you to deliver your best work and service to move up to the next level.

Level 02

Overview

To reach Level 2 status, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be an active seller for at least 30 days
  • Send at least 7 Quotations (all time)
  • Complete at least 3 orders (all time)
  • Maintain a 4.3 -star rating over 60 days
  • Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days
  • Achieve a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days
  • Receive no warnings over 30 days

*And as an encouragement you will be upgraded to Level 2 if you buy a premium subscription.

Level 03

Overview

To reach the Level 3 status, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be an active seller for at least 90 days
  • Send at least 14 quotations (all time)
  • Complete at least 7 orders (all time)
  • Maintain a 4.5-star rating over 60 days
  • Deliver a 93% response rate score over 60 days
  • Achieve a 93% on-time delivery score over 60 days
  • Receive no warnings over 30 days

Level 04

Overview

The Top Rated Seller level is the highest status you can achieve on Fidelen and is a recognition for all your hard work. Our editorial team manually reviews your performance for the previous 60 days and awards you this level when you meet the following requirements:

  • Be an active seller for at least 180 days
  • Send at least 21 quotations (all time)
  • Complete at least 12 orders (all time)
  • Maintain a 4.8-star rating over 60 days
  • Deliver a 95% response rate score over 60 days
  • Achieve a 95% on-time delivery score over 60 days
  • Receive no warnings over 30 days
